Get Fit With Nick offers Golf Conditioning and Swing Technique Clinics during the winter months which will produce excellent results in as little as two times a week for 8 weeks.  To get you started, we offer a 2 hour seminar to be held at various locations focusing on four key points:

  • Core stability training and conditioning

  • Most effective and efficient resistance training exercises for golfers

  • Proper stretching movements for key muscles in the golf swing, and

  • Integration of off-balance training methods and equipment
